
University of Nebraska–Lincoln employees can enhance their skills and well-being through two NRICH professional development sessions in May.
The first session, Husker Hospitality, is 1 to 2:30 p.m. May 20 in the Nebraska Union’s Platte River Room. Attendees will learn strategies for delivering exceptional service, including anticipating customer needs, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
The second session, The Productive Employee, is 10:30 a.m. to noon May 28 at the Nebraska Union. The session focuses on improving well-being through better management of email, task lists and time. Participants will explore strategies to reduce distractions and boost productivity.
